Lidiane Jones

Lidiane is highly regarded technology executive, investor, advisor and Board Director who brings more than two decades of leadership, technical and product experience, having held CEO and senior executive roles at some of the world’s most innovative technology companies.

Most recently, Lidiane served as CEO of Bumble, where she led the company through a period of significant transformation. Prior to that, she was CEO of Slack following its acquisition by Salesforce, where she oversaw the company’s integration while accelerating innovation in workplace collaboration—particularly in the adoption of generative AI. Before stepping into the CEO role at Slack, Lidiane held senior leadership positions at Salesforce, including Executive Vice President and General Manager of Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, where she played a key role in driving product innovation and customer engagement.

Earlier in her career, Lidiane spent four years at Sonos leading software product experiences, and 13 years at Microsoft, where she began as a software engineer on Excel and rose to lead major initiatives across Office, Azure Machine Learning, and enterprise management and oversaw several of the company’s post-acquisition integration efforts.

Lidiane has served on non-profit boards at Compass Working Capital (an East Coast organization empowering women to rise from poverty) and served as a Board Observer at Astound Digital (a digital solutions and implementation firm) during the period of the start of the Ukraine/Russia war (most employees of the company were in Ukraine). In these boards, Lidiane is known as a trusted CEO advisor in topics related to organizational transformation, crisis management, business acceleration, serving as a sounding board for longer term strategy initiatives.
