Jean joined Silversmith Capital Partners in 2026 as Head of Investor Relations. She is focused on cultivating relationships with the firm's investors and leading its fundraising efforts.
Jean has spent more than a decade in investor relations at leading private equity firms. Before Silversmith, she was Director of Investor Relations at Court Square Capital Partners where she was involved in all investor relations and capital formation activities. Previously, she spent six years on the investor relations team at Berkshire Partners, most recently as a Vice President.
Earlier in her career, Jean worked in marketing and business development at HarbourVest Partners and Cambridge Associates.
Jean lives in the Boston area with her family. Outside of the office, Jean loves cooking for friends and family, chasing after her two daughters, and taking any opportunity to escape to Maine for a visit.
